The first three floors of the home are serviced by an in-home elevator. The elevator does not service the fourth floor. Once inside the home, the first floor provides a spacious game room with a poker table, foosball table, and pool table! The private pool is accessible from the back doors of the first floor, and by stairs from the second and third floor. The third floor of the home features the main living areas. On this floor, guests will find an open living and dining room area and the primary kitchen. The living room provides seating for everyone and is a great gathering and entertainment space. Six of the home’s ten bedrooms are located on the fourth floor. Two master suites can be found at the end of the two hallways. The first offers a pastel color scheme and luxury accommodations such as the private balcony with a gulf view and a private en suite bath. The second master is decorated to fit a tropical theme. This master suite also has a private balcony and private bath. The bathroom offers a garden tub and a walk-in shower. Remaining bedrooms include a king suite with an en-suite bath, a guest bedroom with a full bed and an en-suite bath, a double queen suite, and a bunk room. The bunk room is furnished with twin-over-twin bunks and shares a bathroom with the double queen suite.
