With nearly 6,500 sq ft of indoor living space plus expansive outdoor decks, this home comfortably accommodates up to 26 guests. Just 20 yards from beach access, it offers luxury, convenience, and some of the most breathtaking views on the Emerald Coast.

The highlight of the property is the massive resort-style pool, complete with sunk-in bench seating, a spa tub, and even a shaded swim-up cabana bed. When it’s time for sunsets, the rooftop deck—one of the largest on 30A—offers dazzling views of the Gulf.

Inside, the first floor features a game room with pool table and wet bar, plus two guest bedrooms. The second floor houses the main living space, with two large dining tables overlooking the Gulf, a gourmet kitchen with leathered quartz countertops and premium appliances, and two more bedrooms with private baths. The third floor offers a den with balcony access and the remaining bedrooms, including a spectacular King Suite with soaking tub, plus a bunk room that sleeps four.

Located in the 30A area, Deja Blue is a 9-bedroom, 8.5-bath luxury retreat designed for large gatherings like weddings. Sleeping up to 30 guests, this three-story home combines resort-style amenities with Gulf views and elegant design. With nearly 5,700 sq ft of indoor living and expansive outdoor decks, this property offers the ultimate coastal getaway.

The first floor sets the tone with a spacious game room featuring a pool table, wet bar, and direct access to the backyard oasis. Outside, the massive private pool includes a spillover spa, sunk-in seating, and a shaded swim-up cabana. Two al fresco dining tables, an outdoor kitchen, and plenty of lounge seating make this the perfect place for entertaining. This level also offers two guest bedrooms—a King Suite and a Queen Suite—both with ensuite baths.

On the second floor, guests are welcomed into the heart of the home: a gourmet kitchen with a massive quartz island, two dining tables seating eight each, and a bright living area with balcony access. The open-concept layout makes hosting effortless, while Gulf views provide a stunning backdrop. Two additional bedrooms are found here, including a King Suite with bunk beds and another King Suite with private bath.
