With 18 bedrooms, 18.5 bathrooms, and space for 44 guests, this Gulf-view estate offers premium features like a resort-style pool, spacious balconies, a theater room, and a fourth-floor sports bar/game lounge.

The first floor includes five bedrooms with private baths, along with a backyard retreat featuring a large pool, sitting spa, and outdoor dining area.

On the second floor, a gourmet chef’s kitchen shines with granite counters, dual prep spaces, premium appliances, and four refrigerators. The dining area seats 26 at the main table with additional bar seating. An open-concept living area with leather seating and a fireplace creates a natural gathering hub.

The third floor offers seven bedrooms, many with Gulf views, plus laundry facilities.

The fourth floor delivers unmatched entertainment with a full game room, oversized foosball and billiards tables, card table, multiple TVs, and a wet bar. Two primary suites are located here, one with a balcony and Gulf views, the other with a fireplace and spa-like bathroom. A private theater room with six leather sofas completes the space.
