Serendipity is a three-story, event-ready beach home built for groups who want to stay in and play. With roughly 7,000 square feet of living space, 8 bedrooms, 8.5 baths and room for 32 guests, the property centers on a spectacular private backyard: a lagoon-style pool with expansive shallow areas, a swim-up wet bar, an elevated tiled spa with waterfall, underwater bar stools and multiple lounging zones. The outdoor kitchen and grill, plus two mini-bars and a large mounted TV, make the pool deck the social hub.

Indoors you’ll find generous entertaining spaces: the first-floor game area and casual living space flow to the outdoor oasis; the second-floor kitchen and dining level is built to feed a crowd with multiple refrigerator and prep areas; and the third floor includes primary suites, additional living space, and access to decks and the observation rooftop. Two laundry areas, garage parking for guests, and abundant covered entertaining space make multi-family stays easy.
