A private luxury home located on the Lake that boasts breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! This spacious 3,225 sq. ft. home has 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 20 people. A tropical manor with a private pool.

The entrance located on the second floor the tropical feel greets you like a warm breeze opening up to a beautifully decorated living space with plenty of comfortable room. Near the living room is the fully furnished and open gourmet kitchen. By the kitchen is a dining space with a view overlooking the lake with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Out onto the balcony is a lounging area with a view of the pool and the Lake with a staircase up to the sundeck.

Wedding and Reception Package $10,995.00 plus tax and gratuity for a minimum of 35 guests; additional guest priced at $80 plus tax and gratuity each.
