About Twin Giants:
Twin Giants is a rare offering of two stunning luxury homes side by side, creating a combined 16-bedroom, 17-bath retreat with over 9,200 sq ft of living space. Together, they can sleep up to 32 guests in style, making them the perfect choice for weddings, reunions, or any large group celebration.
Each home offers its own private pool, spacious open-concept living and dining areas, and chef’s kitchens with stainless steel appliances. Multiple King Suites provide elegant accommodations, while custom bunk rooms ensure comfort for younger guests.
With balconies, outdoor lounges, and close proximity to the beach, Twin Giants provides the ultimate group getaway along Florida’s Emerald Coast.
The Twin Giants were designed and constructed with weddings as a top priority. They share their own private expansive backyard which can host tents and lighting packages of all sizes. The backyard is able to hold up to 175 guests which makes it our most versatile and expansive wedding home venue that we are able to offer. Unlike most rental homes not located directly on the beach, this property offers something truly rare, its very own private beach access. The homeowner owns the lot directly across the small two lane street, giving only guests of these homes access to a private stretch of shoreline. This means you’ll enjoy all the benefits of a beachside retreat with privacy and convenience that few other homes can match.
