Welcome to Utopia, an extraordinary 8-bedroom, 8.5-bath luxury retreat in Destin. With nearly 6,500 sq ft of indoor living and expansive outdoor entertaining space, this stunning home blends Gulf and lake views with resort-style amenities, creating a perfect backdrop for a wedding reception.

The first floor centers around fun and entertainment with a game room featuring a pool table, foosball, and arcade machine. A kitchenette with refrigerator and ice maker makes it easy to keep snacks and drinks nearby. Step outside to discover a sparkling private pool overlooking the lake, complete with a Baja shelf, built-in seating, and spacious sundeck. An outdoor kitchen with grill, stove, and beverage cooler makes dining al fresco a breeze, while shaded seating and TVs elevate the outdoor lounge experience.

This level also includes three bedrooms—a King Suite with pool access and private bath, another King with shared bath, and a Queen/Queen bunkroom with shared bath. Two bunk nooks, each with Queen/Queen bunks, provide extra sleeping space for kids or groups.

The second floor is the heart of the home, featuring an open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, plush seating, and balcony access.
